The list was declared in the 2^nd week of March 2013 and the TimeOut Dubai Guide gave away the awards at the Restaurant Awards party held on 28^th March 2013. The party was a gala affair with important people from the hospitality industry present there. Intriguing performances by dance and music groups added glamour and entertainment to this glitzy evening.
