Terms and Conditions

Reservation Policy:

  • Valid credit card detail are required in order to confirm the booking.
  • One night pre-authorization will be taken to guarantee the reservation. Bookings made by using an invalid credit card or insufficient funds will be released without prior notice.
  • Guests are to provide their expected arrival time to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Canceling your reservation before 18:00 PM (local hotel time) on the day of arrival will result in no charge. Canceling your reservation after 18:00 PM (local hotel time) on the day of arrival or failing to show, up will result in a charge of 1 night per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply. Failing to call or show up before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
  • Any modification after check in will be subject to a minimum of one night and a maximum of 50% of the rest of the stay, early departure penalty charges apply.
  • Once the reservation is made, the entire amount will be charged on the credit card provided. A full refund of the deposit will be initiated in case of cancellation before the deadline or a refund will be made after deducting the cancellation penalty charges if cancelled after the deadline.

Hotel Terms & Conditions:

  • The hotel check-in time is 15:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.
  • For arrivals at the hotel prior to 07:00am, the reservation needs to be made and held from the previous night.
  • Late checkout until 18:00pm hours will be charged 50% of the daily rate and 18:00pm hours onwards will have full night charge applicable. For late check-out, a request may be made to the hotel which is subject to availability
  • The credit card guarantee will ensure that your reservation is held on a confirmed basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of reservation.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Taxes are applicable10% municipality fee and 10% service charges will be extra.
  • Children below 12 years are complimentary in rooms without an extra bed.
  • A compulsory meal supplement for children between 06-12 years will be applicable.
  • Children above 12 years are considered as adults and an extra adult rate will be applicable.
  • A Maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults with two children below 12 years are be allowed per room.
  • A Maximum of one extra roll away bed is permitted per room for Executive and above room categories.
  • Please note that proof of identification, such as passport, UAE labor card or UAE driving license are required at check in.
  • Pets are not allowed

Credit Card Bookings Terms & Conditions:

(In order to avoid credit card frauds, guests are requested to note the following.)

For bookings made using a credit card the following documents will have to be produced at the time of Check In:

  • A) For a guest making a booking for himself using his/her own Credit Card:
    — The credit card used to make the booking is necessary to be produced at the time of Check-in.
  • B) For a guest making a booking for another person using own Credit Card:
    — If the Credit Card holder is not one of the guests staying at the hotel, then a copy of the credit card (both front and back), self-attested by the credit card holder should be produced at the time of Check-in.
    — In addition to the above, it is also required to produce a letter, duly signed by the credit card holder, authorizing the use of the credit card for the booking of the room. The letter should mention the names of the guests, date of travel, property and room type. This letter, along with the self-attested copy of the credit card will have to be submitted at Check-in desk.
  • At the time of submitting the credit card copy, please ensure that the CVV number on it is blacked out. (CVV number is a three-digit number at the reverse side of the credit card, at the end of the signature panel).
  • In case the above documents are not produced by the guests, the hotel reserves the right to deny the reservation or the charge the individual guest directly. In such a case no refund will be given to the guest.
  • In case of erroneous / inadequate / misleading information or invalid credit card details are given while booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any intimation.
  • Guests are required to carry a valid identity proof and produce the same at the check in.
    — Please bring along with you the same identity proof you have entered while booking for verification at the hotel.

Refund Policy:

  • In case of refund, bank transactions charges will be deducted above cancellation charges.
  • In case of credit card transactions, refunds will be done only to the same credit card.
  • Refund would normally take 14 working days.
