OPENING FOR AL SARAB - THE NEW LEBANESE RESTAURANT
AT HOLIDAY INN DUBAI – AL BARSHA.
Guest of
honour, the UAE’s first woman film producer Nayla Al Khaja, plus
dignitaries from the Lebanese and other consulates, the
management and the owning company were welcomed to an evening of
extravagant Lebanese cuisine, culture and entertainment.
The
official launch of the new Lebanese restaurant at Holiday Inn
Dubai – Al Barsha was held at a gala ceremony last night in the
presence of dignitaries from the hotel, the owning company and
diplomatic VIPs, with the ribbon cutting performed by
award-winning film producer and entrepreneur Nayla Al Khaja.
The high
profile event included a red carpet welcome, entertainment from
the restaurant’s resident musicians, singer and bellydancer as
well as a sumptuous taste of the Lebanese fare for which Al
Sarab is already renowned.
Marking the
prestigious occasion, Resident Director – Dubai, Sovereign
Hotels, Roxana Jaffer and Restaurant Manager George Sarkis
welcomed the VIP audience and officially unveiled the latest
addition to the restaurant portfolio at the hotel.
“It is our
pleasure to invite you to join us in celebrating the launch of
this new venue, a restaurant that we know will provide add
another dimension to the hospitality product we offer at Holiday
Inn Dubai – Al Barsha,” said Roxana Jaffer.
“Tonight
you can sample just a taste of what Al Sarab will offer,
exquisite Lebanese fare, an authentic ambience and the very best
entertainment.”
The
restaurant/club is open until 3am every night, with food served
until 1am and a range of set menus available from 9.30pm
encompassing every Lebanese favourite, as well an a la carte
menu featuring meat and seafood grills and hot and cold
mezzeh.
The Holiday
Inn Dubai – Al Barsha is located near to the Mall of the
Emirates, in close proximity to Media City and Internet City and
the Dubai Marina. It features eight dining outlets including
Indian - Gharana, Thai - The Royal Budha, Japanese - Sushie
Folie and now a Lebanese option.
